First off you want to start with primer or eyeshadow base and I used  NYX eyeshadow base .

Next you want to use a white(Bh Cosmetics 120 platte) all over your eyelid and then a champagne (almay intense eye color)color on brow bone.

Now you want to get a pink and I used BH Cosmetics 120 palette and blend in crease.

last I used maybelline liquid eyeliner and drew hearts and you are done :]
